In case of partially or fully returning your order:

• Make sure that there haven’t been more than 28 days since the date your order has delivered to you.

• Send an email at eshop@bodytalk.com to inform us that you want to return one or more products of your order. We’ll contact TNT Courier to get in touch with you and arrange a meeting to pick up the products. In case you choose another courier company the shipping costs are totally your charge.
Free returns apply only for orders that have been placed within European Union (except Greece that different terms are applied). At any other case return shipping fees are totally your charge.

• Place the products you want to return inside the original packaging and make sure they are in their original condition.

• Fill up this form and place it inside the package along with a photocopy of your order’s receipt.
• Note that in all foreign countries we do not accept replacement orders, and we proceed only to the refund of your order.
• In case you want another product/s in replacement, you must place a new order at https://www.bodytalk.com/en/

As soon as we receive your returning items via TNT Courier, we will check their condition, and we will proceed to the money refund at your credit card or your paypal account. Money refund will be only for the items value and will not include any shipping fees.
