    Payments can be made through our web banking system by credit card (Mastercard & Visa) and also through Paypal.

    Is the online payment secured?

    We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. Your banking information are encrypted in mode SSL and are not stored on our database. The data are transmitted directly to our banking servers from our secure-payment provider.

    What if my payment gets refused?

    After placing the order and submitted all your credit card information, our secure-payments provider asks your bank to validate the payment and give authorization. If it gets refused you can contact your back for further information. Our customer service is available to help you in any issue.

    Exchange or Return a product

    Bodytalk guarantees all products are produced defectless. In such case we are more than happy to refund or exchange the defective product.

    If you are not satisfied with the fitting, the quality, the color, or the size of an item you ordered, you may return it and order back the one that fits you. Upon receiving the returned item, we immediately process a new order to send back the item of your choice free of any shipping costs. You might notice a new charge on your credit card because its counts as a new order, but you will be refunded with the previous cost within 2 weeks.

    Exchange limitations

    You can return your item for an exchange within 14 days of the delivery day, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered and you need to inform our customer service (the sooner the better) to guide you through our exchange & refund procedures.

    Exchange or Return procedure

    Firstly we would like to know any of the issues caused through your order, so please contact us if anything is not as planned!
    For item exchange follow these instructions:
    1. Place the items you wish to return in a box
    2. Include the receipt of your order (MUST!)
    3. Send to the following address:

    We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking service. BodyTalk SA is not responsible for any lost shipments, and cannot accept shipments sent in freight collect. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the receipt and the processing of your return (depending on your location). When the order gets received, the amount of your returned item will be refunded to your credit card.

    Ordering by Email/Post/Fax

    For technical reasons, placing an order through email, post mail or fax is not possible.

    Items Purchased from Stores

    No exchanges can be made electronically to items purchased from our retail stores.

    Where can I find my Order Number?

    Your order number is sent to you in the confirmation email you get after you fulfil an order, and the receipt you receive when delivery takes place. You can contact us (eshop@bodytalk.com) in case you lose your order number.

    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products online. We cannot guarantee any misleading colors your monitor display may not show accurately.
