How can i make a purchase?The process of buying through the e-shop is very simple.
After you browse the site categories and find the products you are interested in, click the color and size you want and select Add to Cart.
If the size appears with a diagonal line it means it is not available. Going to the shopping cart on the top right you can see all the products you have selected and proceed to complete your order. If you have already registered to our site or have a CLUB9 membership card you can log in with your e-mail and password, otherwise you choose to create a new account and fill in your details.
Finally you choose if you want to be delivered to your place or store (for Greek orders only), your payment method and your order is completed! You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order code.
What is the process if i have lost or forgotten my password?If you have previously registered and do not remember your password, you can select "I forgot my password" in order to send you the reset password link at your email. If you do not receive the email, call us at +30 210 3400000.

Can i return a product?
If you are not satisfied with the fitting, the quality, the color, or the size of an item you ordered, you may return it and order back the one that fits you.
Upon receiving the returned item, we immediately process the new order to send back the item of your choice free of any shipping costs.

Money RefundsYou can request a refund within 14 calendar days exercising your right to withdraw.
It should be noted that the products returned must be in their original state and without deterioration. Then a check is carried out by Bodytalk's quality control department and then the refund is being proceeded to a bank account that you gave us in the return form within 14 days.
Order DelayThe reasons why your order may be delayed are one of the below:
- In promotional or discounts periods, your order may be delayed by up to extra 1-2 business days.
